Delivery Information

All orders carry a nominal packaging and delivery charge depending on the weight of your order:
Orders up to 5 kilograms (kg) are £6 - generally items such as tools, aerosols, Foxi underlay and more.
Orders from 5.01kg to 24.99kg are £12 - generally items such as lightweight underlay, small orders of Amtico or of the sort, and more.
Orders weighing 25kg+ are £21.00 - mostly orders for carpet, bulky underlays, carpet tiles etc.

Some remote areas do carry surcharges. These areas are:
Cornwall, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Dyfed, Powys, Gwynedd, Anglesey, Scottish Highlands, Industrial Scotland, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

At this time we can only offer international deliveries for orders that consists of items that can be safely transported on a pallet. For example this could be items such as Luxury Vinyl Tile, Laminate, Real Wood, Underlay (subject to size). Please contact us first with your delivery address and the items you're looking to order and we shall confirm a delivery cost and lead time. Unfortunately at this time we cannot transport orders for carpet and loose underlay internationally. You are of course more than welcome to source your own courier who is able to collect the material from our warehouse address. Please discuss this with us in email if you're possibly looking into this.

Additional things to consider:
Please note we cannot guarantee a delivery time and that deliveries can be made by our delivery partners anytime up to 18:00 hours. In the unlikely event of an unforeseen event holding up our delivery to you, we would recommend leaving a minimum of a day's gap between us delivering your order and you booking your fitter to install your goods. We get asked a lot if the driver can call at a certain time before they make the delivery. Unfortunately, this service is not yet available from the National Couriers capable of carrying flooring goods. We therefore respectfully ask our customers ensure someone is in to accept the goods on the requested delivery day. Any failed deliveries will attract a failed delivery charge before the goods are re-despatched. We respectfully point out that our deliveries are made by just the driver.  We do not operate two man deliveries under our normal delivery option but if you contact us we can arrange a chargeable two man delivery option.  The driver, although willing, can only deliver your goods "kerbside". We respectfully advise it is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure someone is there to unload their ordered goods. 

All deliveries should be fully inspected for any delivery damages before signing for their receipt, signing appropriately thereafter. Any claims for damaged goods in transit can only be considered if they have been signed for as such.
