Lamett from Flooring Megastore
Lamett - a passion for floors!
Since their inception in 2005, Bruno Descamps' (Company founder) Lamett rise has been meteoric and swift. With some 200 colleagues now working for Lamett in Europe, their company strap line of "Close to nature" says a great deal about the style of flooring they produce. They have a detailed eye on the quality and aesthetics of their wooden floors, creating flooring works of art differing from the masses… flooring couture. This attention to detail means their products effortlessly slide into everyday living.
The core of what Lamett do is built on Oak. A timeless grain with rich hues and, of course, a species the UK has enormous connection with. That's why Lamett's wooden floors compliment every style of interior.
Lamett's main hub is in Deerlijk, Belgium. Most of their wood and LVT floors are distributed from there. Some of their wooden floors are oiled in Deerlijk, too.

Lamett also offer a luxury vinyl tile (LVT) collection. Made using a rigid core (making the planks more stable, robust and durable), their LVTs offer ease of day to day use, practically zero maintenance, 100% waterproof and UV stability, all to give you peace of mind that your authentic floor is going to endure all the rigours a bustling home can throw at it with very little maintenance on your part.
LVTs are man made. A good LVT is one that gives you a credible, authentic looking floor that believably re-creates the wood or stone floor it is mimicking whilst delivering the countless advantages a man-made floor can offer. No re-sanding because of a scratched floor. No cracked ceramic tile because you dropped a heavy glass bottle on the floor. No insurance claims to organise because your dishwasher leaked or your dog chased after the neighbours cat in the garden via your kitchen/diner wooden floor! The ParquetVinyl collection offers solutions to every problem nature's products can't answer.
